My therapist Sarah, was amazing - so knowledgeable, helpful and extremely professional. The cool sculpting treatment was easy, painless and effective. So I came to them because I had problems with hair bumps on my cheeks… they put me on a zoom call and there the lady put my focus area was my side burns and after that that's what they wanted to treat… so when I tried to redirect the situation to let them know the area you guys have been focusing on is not my problem area it's my cheek… they did nothing to fixed the situation even told me any money I've paid I can't get back even if it was for a session I didn't attend so I'm now going to the bbb to handle matters and dispute it with my bank which the rude lady on the phone said it won't work I'm going to show them just how much sense I have

The staff at this location are by far the most professional in this industry. Audrey, Alyssa, Landry, and Samantha, ladies thank you so much in helping me feel welcomed and comfortable during my procedures. During my first bikini laser treatment, it's was the most anxiety I have ever had, but they helped me relax and feel extremely comfortable during the entire process. It was quick and thorough. After the first treatment I'm already seeing a massive difference in hair growth and time between needing to shave. I have very coarse and dark hair and it grows by the hour. I am black btw. Yes! Women of color you absolutely should come here and get your laser hair removal treatments! They have the latest technology needed to treat our skin types. My only regret is that I did not do this sooner! I also had horrible in grown hairs on my chin from years of plucking and shaving, now my skin looks amazing!!!!!!! I shed tears because I've been dealing with this for over 20 years (shaving my face every day twice a day). My skin has never looked better. Please make sure you call in and ask if they have any specials. Through the specials I was able to grab perineal, bikini, arms, under arms, upper leg and lower legs at these insane prices!!! I couldn't pass up! And you shouldn't either!!! Just ask for my girl Samantha and she will get you the BEST DEALS!!! My only regret: I wish I would have started sooner! I love my results so much and my confidence has skyrocketed!

Had researched Ultherapy for several years, finally had time and $$. I'm excited to see results!!! Make sure to take Ibuprofen prior. If u have no tolerance for pain, break up sessions, otherwise…no pain no gain and push thru! Staff was very instructive as in explaining what I will experience! Would do again and haven't seen end results!!!

From the moment I researched Ideal Image and saw the possibility of them having a laser that was effective on darker skin tones and that only RNs were the estheticians I was sold. However, after my interview with BK where I was informed that the Full Face hair removal included ALL the face (except my eyebrows because I had micro blading with shading) and that the process was unlimited (meaning there was no limit in the amount of sessions it would take, I could receive the service until I no longer had hair on my face). And I signed the contract thinking that (and thinking the 16 months it talked about were for the amount of time I had to pay the procedure in full) everything was fine. Yet was told the truth when I went to have the laser hair removal session. Where the RN showed me the additional price for having my forehead (except my brows) included in the full face procedure: over 3,000 dollars. I was livid and wrote an email to Ms. Koors to inquire if it was true as she had told me otherwise during our recorded consultation session through ZOOM. However, she did not reply my email and sometimes silence is worth a thousand words as I understood I was right. I called customer service to inquire more about the issue and was told by Ms. Cassey that the Full Face laser hair removal did not include the FULL FACE (which I looked up on your website and it doesn't specify which is dishonest), but that I would only have to pay $375.00 to include it. I analyzed my options and thought about consulting with my attorney and taking the case to consumer issues (as I later found out you have a lot of complaints), but decided to make the payment and leave it as it is even though I knew you would end up offering me a lower price than the 3,000 in the end. To summarize my experience, I am satisfied with the attentions I received from the RN and the employees in the office, but I would not consider doing business nor recommending Ideal Image to anyone because of the dishonest way the business is structured (no specifications on the advertisement) and the lack of integrity of the employees during the consultation and purchase process of our business transaction.

Went there to do Botox for the first time. I got Michelle. She's really ontime, polite, professional and friendly. She made me comfortable for my first time experiencing this. She gave me minimum dose that I need just to make sure I'm comfortable with it and then follow up next 2 weeks. If I need some more, we would do then. The clinic is very clean and new. And the location that in the outlet area, you can't go wrong with that! Lol

Every visit I have come to has been amazing. Everyone is very professional. From the warm welcome you get once you enter, to the providers explaining every step of what they are doing, you can tell everyone cares about your experience. The results have blown me away.
